High Season Rates Effective: Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required upon completing all reservation arrangements. Payment of remaining balance is due upon arrival. We do not issue cash refunds for payments. If cancellation becomes necessary, credit vouchers my be issued for the full amount of the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee per cabin only if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days prior to the arrival date for summer and holidays, and 30 days prior to the arrival date for off-season reservations. Credit vouchers are good for one year. We will allow you to move your reservation within the same calendar year one time with no fees. In some instances travelers may want to consider vacation insurance to protect against loss of deposits and/or payments due to unexpected travel interruption.
Minimum Stay: Please note that during certain holidays and during some portions of the high-season, a three-night minimum stay may be required.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: You may check-in to your cabin or RV site no earlier than 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. Late check-outs will be charged for an additional day.
Montana State Taxes: All cabin and camping rentals are subject to a 7% Montana State Accommodation Tax.
Pets: We do allow pets upon management approval. If you and your pet(s) are staying in a cabin there is a $200 refundable pet deposit and a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. If you and your pet(s) are staying in an RV site, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night. All pets must be registered at check in. There is a limint of two pets per cabin or campsite.
Over-Occupancy and Day Use Fees: Over occupancy must be approved by management. Maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles apply for all cabins and RV sites. Fees are $20.00 per person, per day or $30.00 per vehicle, per day.
